About the role

You'll work closely with the business owner, taking responsibility for the coordination and delivery of core services across turf installation and maintenance, irrigation and soft landscaping. This is an on-site management position. While the role involves operational and administrative responsibility, working alongside the team on-site remains an essential part of the working week.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate jobs, equipment, materials and resources
- Oversee and work the projects from beginning to handover
- Manage a portion of client enquiries, communication and relationships
- Conduct site visits, prepare quotes and coordinate bookings with Management
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and existing clients
- Work on-site alongside the team as a regular and essential part of the role
- Lead by example, demonstrating quality workmanship and efficient work practices
- Direct and support staff across turf installation, lawn maintenance, irrigation and soft landscaping projects

About you

- Proven experience in turf, lawn care, irrigation, landscaping or a closely related industry
- Can confidently lead a team and manage multiple jobs
- Understands quoting, job costing, scheduling
- Communicates professionally and confidently with clients
- Organised, practical and capable of making decisions independently




- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work
- Comfortable using technology and trade scheduling software
- Has the initiative to recognise what needs doing and make it happen
- Enjoys hands-on work and understands that being on-site is a fundamental part of this management position
- Must hold a current, valid manual driver's licence
