Our Client is seeking an experienced User Interface Designer to help deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centred digital experiences. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, researchers, developers, and delivery teams to design modern digital services that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with user needs.

About the Role

- Design user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user-centred design principles.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, design assets, and interactive experiences for digital products and services.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and delivery objectives.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, design standards, and governance artefacts.
- Translate static designs into interactive and responsive experiences.
- Provide expert advice on accessibility, usability, and digital design best practices.




- Drive continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and user experiences.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in UI and UX design , with a proven track record delivering high-quality digital experiences.
- Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, prototyping, and accessibility standards.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyse user needs and translate complex requirements into effective design solutions.
- Experience establishing or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Robust understanding of inclusive and accessible design practices.

Highly Regarded
- Experience with usability testing, user research, and UX evaluation.
- Ability to develop interactive prototypes and front-end implementations.
- Experience working with data visualisation, including dashboards, charts, and other visual representations of complex data.
- Knowledge of modern development practices and collaboration with software engineering teams.
