You've probably never heard of that exact name, but we are Perth's oldest independent Pawnbroker and Second-Hand dealer, operating right here in the heart of Cannington for over 40 years. We recently changed our name from a highly recognisable brand (we won't name names, but you’ve definitely seen the commercials), which happily leaves us free from corporate franchise rules.

Now, we are a fully independent Western Australian business focused on providing the genuine, flexible customer service our community actually deserves. Let’s talk about the job: We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic full time Retail Salesperson to join our successful team. If you have a bit of sass, street smarts, a whole lot of energy, and the ability to think outside the box to solve any problem, we'd love to see what you can bring to the table.

Your primary role will be in our Retail department, but because we love to up-skill and cross-train our staff, you will likely find yourself working across different exciting areas, such as Jewellery, Online Sales or Buys and Loans. You will be working closely with our experienced store manager, Caleb,



and a highly supportive team to achieve maximum results for us and for you.

Previous sales experience (especially in electrical or audio/visual) will be highly regarded, as will a high level of general product knowledge.

What we need from you:

- The Essentials: Reliability, honesty, and a trustworthy nature.
- Sales & Service: Excellent customer service, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to ask the right questions to meet our customers' needs.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative Flair: The ability to merchandise displays and cabinets with a keen imagination for fun and interactive displays.
- Drive: A desire to learn, excellent attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Availability: Please note that our weekly roster includes Saturdays (Minimum 38 hours/week).
- Clearances: The successful candidate will be required to provide a Police Clearance.

What we offer in return:

- $75,000 – $90,000 per year (starting) plus bonuses and incentives.
