T’Gallant Vineyard is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations, inspire our front-of-house team and deliver the exceptional hospitality we're known for.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll:

- Lead daily operations across La Baracca and Spuntino Bar, ensuring consistently high service standards.
- Coach, motivate and develop a front-of-house team (up to 30 casual employees).
- Create memorable guest experiences and confidently manage service challenges.
- Coordinate bookings, functions and daily service requirements.




- Drive sales opportunities, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver seamless hospitality.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience in venue or comparable hospitality management.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire hospitality teams.
- A genuine passion for food, wine and exceptional customer service.
- Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing busy venue operations.
- Current Victorian RSA certification.
