JMES are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded consumer focused boutique corporate advisory firm as they seek to hire newly created roles at both a Vice President and Analyst level. The Melbourne based team continues to experience rapid growth and support clients globally with M&A; activities. The firm advises leading businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on a range of strategic and transactional matters across the consumer landscape. With an international outlook and a relationship-driven approach, the firm offers an opportunity to work on high-profile mandates while playing a meaningful role in the growth of the business. These roles are unique opportunities for ambitious corporate advisory professionals seeking greater responsibility, direct client exposure and the chance to contribute to a high-performing, entrepreneurial team.

As Vice President, you will play a key role in the execution and origination of corporate advisory mandates, working closely with clients across Australia and international markets.

Key responsibilities will include

- Leading the execution of M&A; and other strategic advisory engagements, managing transaction processes, including due diligence, negotiations and coordination with external advisers
- Developing and managing client relationships with business owners, corporates,



private equity firms and other investors
- Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Building relationships across global consumer markets

The ideal VP candidate will be a commercially minded professional with a strong corporate advisory foundation and a genuine interest in consumer businesses. The ideal candidate will have likely gained 6+ years' experience in M&A; or corporate advisory, will have the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes in a deal environment, will display strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with senior executives, business owners and investors. As Analyst, you'll work closely with the entire team across corporate advisory mandates, gaining direct client exposure and an opportunity to work in a busy deal environment. This role will suit someone with 1+ years' experience gained from transaction services or corporate advisory who is really looking to build a career in M&A; and will be motivated to work in a fast-paced team.

At both levels there will be the opportunity for international travel and genuine client exposure across the consumer sector.
