Waitstaff

You're the heartbeat of our restaurant , orchestrating seamless service from hello to goodbye:

- Create memorable dining experiences with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Take orders accurately using our POS system and serve with precision
- Become a menu expert—know every ingredient, every preparation, every story behind the dish
- Handle special requests and concerns with grace and problem-solving prowess
- Present food and beverages like the art they are

Barperson

You'll be the maestro behind the bar, where every cocktail tells a story and every pour is precise:

- Mix and serve creative alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and accuracy
- Keep your domain immaculate—from glassware to garnishes, everything has its place
- Stay on top of inventory and ensure seamless service
- Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to every interaction

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or bar experience (you know the dance, you've got the rhythm)
- Current RSA certification
- Outstanding communication skills and genuine warmth with people




- Ability to thrive when the pressure's on and the orders are flying
- Sharp attention to detail—because presentation matters
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is hospitality, after all!)
- Australian working rights and current availability in Australia
