Daniel Property Services is a growing business founded on the Mid North Coast of NSW and preparing to expand into the Gold Coast region.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from reliable, hardworking individuals who would like to be considered for future opportunities as our residential and commercial contracts are secured.

We are NOT currently offering immediate work or guaranteeing employment.

Services We Will Be Providing
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Childcare cleaning
- End of lease cleaning
- Lawn mowing
- Whipper snipping
- Garden tidy-ups
- General property maintenance and care

We are seeking people who are:

- Reliable and punctual
- Honest and trustworthy
- Friendly and respectful
- Professional in their presentation and communication
- Willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to delivering high-quality services

Previous cleaning or lawn maintenance experience is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome applicants who are motivated, eager to learn and take pride in their work.

Essential Requirements

- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to travel between job locations





Highly Regarded
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Previous cleaning experience
- Lawn maintenance experience
- Team leadership or supervisory experience

Applicants without an NDIS Worker Screening Check are still encouraged to apply and will not be excluded from consideration. As our business grows, we will be looking for Team Leaders to assist with:
- Leading small teams
- Training and mentoring staff
- Maintaining quality standards
- Supporting day-to-day operations
- Communicating with management and clients

Work may be required during the day, evenings, after hours and occasionally on weekends depending on client requirements. We will do our best to allocate work close to your home; however, travel throughout the Gold Coast region may be required.
