The warehouse is connected to a purpose built clinic. The warehouse provides direct support to the dedicated practitioners by providing an onsite dispensary.

About the role

We are looking for a careful, reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support our Brisbane team. You will prepare and dispatch customer orders, monitor stock, maintain a safe and organised warehouse and assist the Warehouse Manager with daily priorities, and assist reception when required. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy and genuinely connects with RMDY Collective's homeopathic purpose.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare, pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
- Check labelling, packaging, presentation and order completeness.
- Monitor remedies, bottles, packaging, labels, kits and other supplies.
- Receive, check and organise deliveries and report discrepancies promptly.
- Support remedy and stock replenishment within your training and scope.
- Maintain a clean,



tidy and safe warehouse and follow documented processes.
- Assist with bulk orders, launches, promotions, events and special releases.
- Provide reception and broader operational support when required.

About you

- You are accurate, dependable and comfortable with hands-on, process-driven work.
- You communicate early when stock, quality or workflow issues arise.
- You can safely perform the practical requirements of a warehouse role, with reasonable adjustments where required.
- Warehouse, stock or pick-and-pack experience is helpful but not essential.
- You are willing to learn RMDY remedy and product processes and are genuinely aligned with homeopathy.
- You work well in a collaborative team and can shift priorities when needed.
