We are looking for a solid Workflow Planner for our client in Truganina, a giant of the industry & an Employer Of Choice.

2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, you MUST have SAP experience. Intrigued? Keep reading!

The Job:

- Process daily outbound orders
- Book and coordinate transport for outbound orders using Excel and online portals.
- Liaise with clients and customers to address service inquiries and resolve issues.
- Report delays and operational issues
- Support the team by assisting with additional office duties.

The Person:

- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on planning or administration.
- Competence in inventory control functions and SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
