Manjimup Artisan Truffles

Claremont

About us

Truffle Hill is one of Australia's leading producers of fresh black Périgord truffles, grown in Manjimup, Western Australia. Together with Ogilvie & Co, we produce and sell a range of truffle products, gourmet foods, wine and gift hampers through our Truffle Boutique in Claremont, our online store, wholesale and trade customers, and national retail partners.

Our Claremont warehouse is the hub that gets our products to all of these customers.

The role

Our business is expanding, and our Claremont warehouse needs to grow with it. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on warehouse qualified to join the team and help manage goods inwards, goods outwards, stock control and allocation across our boutique, online, wholesale and retail partner channels.

This role suits someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of their work and bring a practical eye for improvement. You'll work alongside our existing warehouse team to learn our products, systems and seasonal demand, then build on our current processes and continuously improve how the warehouse runs as the business grows.

Your first six months

- Getting to know us: Learn our range, systems (Shopify and MYOB), suppliers, couriers and current processes, working closely with the existing team.
- Building on what's there: Take on day-to-day operational responsibility and start reviewing processes, layout and stock allocation.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement improvements that help the warehouse keep pace with our growth, including through our peak periods.
