Boeing Defence Australia is preparing to deliver a major 10-year program in Alice Springs and is establishing a dedicated workforce to support it. Shadowgate Partners has been engaged to build that workforce, and recruitment is now progressing towards interviews.

On Tuesday, 27 October, representatives from Boeing Defence Australia will join Shadowgate Partners at the Alice Springs Golf Club to meet eligible candidates, discuss the program and explore where their experience could fit.
Interviews commence Wednesday, 28 October. Candidates wishing to be considered must formally apply for the relevant advertised roles by 3:00pm ACST, Friday 23 October 2026, and complete the mandatory Boeing pre-interview verification process.
Eligibility is mandatory: applicants must be Australian citizens with a current, active AGSVA security clearance.

Eligible candidates must complete the required documentation and provide supporting evidence through the approved process. The pack must be returned within 24 hours of receipt and is subject to review and approval by Boeing Defence Australia's authorised team.
