CNC / Wood Machine Operator – Join Our Growing Team!

We are looking for a Qualified Cabinetmaker, CNC Operator to join our team.

Clayfield Kitchen Designs is a well-established business with over 25 years in the industry, manufacturing kitchens from top end to whatever you can imagine.

Our business continues to grow, and we're looking for a CNC/Wood Machine Operator to join our busy Machine Shop, and team.

About the Role

We operate a BIESSE CNC machine and KDT Edge bander in our well-equipped Narangba factory.

Your role will involve:

- Operating CNC machinery as part of our daily production
- Ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency
- Maintaining an organised and efficient workflow
- Working alongside our Machine Shop and Production Teams
- Taking pride in keeping your machinery and work area running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, we're looking for someone with a couple of years of solid CNC operating experience using a Biesse but would be happy to offer training if you’re new to a Biesse CNC.

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working with machinery and takes pride in accuracy




- Has experience operating CNC machinery, ideally in a production environment
- Is organised, reliable and works well within a team
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Holds a current Forklift Licence – not essential, but definitely an advantage! (If you're not currently licensed, we can assist you with obtaining one in the future.)
- Is looking for a stable, long-term position
