Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock in your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ team, collaborate with Service, Inside the Home, and Garden departments, and report to your Operations Manager and Complex Manager to ensure best experience for customers.
You will train and develop your team, manage rostering and incident response, and drive service levels, merchandising and stock accuracy while building robust supplier relationships.
