One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Support Field Infrastructure Engineer in Brisbane and Adelaide.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

- Experience in any of the following technologies would be advantageous: ITIL Foundation or higher, Microsoft certifications, Cisco certifications, Data centre facilities, ICT infrastructure,
- Technical writing and drafting i.e., Auto CAD and Visio.
- Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
- Contributes to the availability management process and its operation.
- Provides technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
- Investigates problems in systems, processes and services.
- Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
