Tableland Veterinary Service is seeking a Nurse Team Leader for the Malanda clinic to cover parental leave from October 2026 to October 2027. The role leads a 30+ nurse team across eight clinics and collaborates with the Practice Manager and TVS leadership to shape care standards and training.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Veterinary Nurse/Technician with a Cert 4 or BVetTech, a solid communicator with emotional intelligence, and a passion for staff development and client care.
