Flush Partitions Australia is a locally owned company dedicated to providing manufacturing and installation services to the Australian building and construction industry. We are currently seeking a Junior Estimator/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunshine, Victoria. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the industry, looking to develop their skills and grow with a growing company.

Note: This is an entry level role with full training provided.

Skills and Experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 products

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities





Prepare accurate and timely project estimates based on drawings and specifications

Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate projects and provide technical information to customers as required

Ability to work online with varying estimating softwares

Provide support to the sales team as required

Provide excellent customer service to clients
