You will be an

Banking & Finance -Asset (Aircraft) Finance Lawyer at the 5-8 year level ( or more junior )who would like to

move to New York and sit your Recent York Bar exams , or you may already be admitted to the NY Bar. Your new role

practice will focus primarily on aircraft finance





including capital markets issuances, portfolio securitizations, acquisitions and sales, private placements, secured, unsecured and asset based lending and restructurings, and leasing (finance and leveraged). Represent lenders, underwriters, operating lessors, manufacturers and export credit agencies. Benefits
