With a close-knit team of 15 led by two partners, this is a senior leadership and delivery role for an accomplished commercial and disputes lawyer who enjoys solving complex problems, managing high-quality work and developing talented lawyers.

What you'll do:

Lead and oversee a broad range of commercial matters

Provide strategic and commercially practical advice to established businesses and business owners

Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements

Supervise, mentor and support lawyers within the team





Manage workflows and maintain consistently high standards of service Work closely with the firm's partners on complex and significant matters

Help strengthen the team's technical capability, systems and processes

Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing clients

Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm

What we're looking for:

A highly experienced commercial lawyer with the technical ability, commercial judgment and leadership qualities expected at partner level

Significant experience in commercial and corporate law

Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills

Experience managing complex matters with a high degree of autonomy

The ability to supervise, mentor and develop other lawyers

A practical, solutions-focused approach

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Excellent judgment, attention to detail and commercial awareness

A collaborative leadership style and genuine commitment to team success
