This Associate Director role is designed as a stepping stone to partnership, with the Directors committed to bringing the right person through. You can be based at either the CBD or northside office. You will: Manage a portfolio of business clients with turnover from $2M to $15M, with many up to $100M Deliver a mix of compliance and advisory work Lead, mentor and review the work of Managers and team members, including offshore staff Act as a trusted advisor on tax, structuring and business performance Contribute to firm strategy,
