About the role

You'll own CSA quality across a large multi-building campus, covering civil, structural and architectural works across multiple contractors, from early earthworks through to handover.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure CSA works comply with the client's quality management framework, and report on quality performance.

- Review and approve contractor quality plans, ITPs and ITRs across civil, structural and architectural works.

- Oversee hold and witness points, including earthworks compaction, piling, reinforcement, concrete pours, structural steel, facades and finishes.

- Review contractor test results and certification, including NATA-accredited lab reports, for compliance.

- Audit contractors against client quality standards, the National Construction Code and the relevant Australian Standards, including AS 3600, AS 1379, AS 3798, AS 2159 and AS 4100.

- Manage non-conformances, defects and quality records through to final handover.

- Lead and mentor quality team members and report to senior project stakeholders.

About you

- A Bachelor of Civil Engineering (essential).

- 7–10+ years' experience,



including leading quality on major construction projects.

- A proven record of managing quality across multiple contractors and work packages.

- Chartered status (CPEng / NER) highly regarded.

- ISO 9001 or lead auditor qualifications (desirable).

- Industrial or critical infrastructure experience (essential).

- A White Card and a current driver's licence.
