About the Role

As ServiceNow Solution Architect, this role defines the technical architecture and implementation strategy for an enterprise-wide platform. It establishes governance, standards and an operating model for secure, scalable and maintainable solutions. The role improves platform health, enables faster upgrades and strengthens customer outcomes. Working across solution design and deployment, it balances configuration, code and integration with long-term platform value.

What You'll Do

- Define ServiceNow architecture standards, governance processes and implementation practices.
- Assess solution designs against platform capabilities, security requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
- Design scalable data models, workflows, integrations, configurations and custom solutions.
- Guide platform development, coding standards, prototyping and remediation of technical issues.
- Evaluate platform health across performance, usability, scalability, security and upgradability using ServiceNow HealthScan.
- Maintain explicit solution designs, technical specifications, data models and architectural diagrams.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of extensive ServiceNow development experience.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow solution design and architecture exposure.
- Certifications - Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory, Certified Master Architect (CMA) - desired
- Experience designing APIs, middleware integrations, workflows, data models and secure platform solutions.
- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, coding standards and platform constraints.
- Experience providing technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture,



platform capabilities, and best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical teams, business teams, delivery partners and vendors.
