What you'll bring to the role

- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering complex cultural programs, exhibitions or projects that include physical, digital and interactive elements.
- Highly developed project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, monitor progress, adapt to changing circumstances and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external partners, including international organisations.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining professional standards, safety requirements and organisational objectives.

- A talented, committed and creative team of people with a passion for screen culture, technology and media, cultural diversity, and inspiring current forms of creativity in our communities. A museum and workspace that provides an exceptional space to collaborate with colleagues located in the heart of Melbourne in Federation Square (just a 5 min walk from Flinders Street station).
- As a valued team member, you can enjoy complimentary and discounted tickets, discounts at our shop and cafe, access to wellbeing activities, learning and development programs and our Employee Assistance Program.
