Arcare Werribee is seeking a Residence Manager for our 120-bed home. You will lead a diverse team, oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, and ensure high-quality care and a safe living environment for residents.
In this permanent full time role, you’ll manage budgets, drive quality improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening may be required.
