Confident Care Group is looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance Worker to provide regular outdoor maintenance services for NDIS participants in Glen Huntly and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Fortnightly lawn mowing and edging
- Basic garden maintenance and tidy-up
- Weed removal and general outdoor maintenance
- Green-waste management
- Maintain a clean and protected work area
- Provide respectful and reliable services to NDIS participants
- Complete service records and required documentation
Requirements
- Previous lawn mowing/gardening experience
- Reliable transport and appropriate equipment
- Good communication and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently
- Current ABN preferred
- NDIS-related experience is desirable
NDIS / Compliance Documents Required
Applicants will be required to provide relevant documents applicable to the role, including:
- ABN / business details
- Public Liability Insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance – where applicable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) – where applicable
- Australian Driver Licence
- Vehicle registration and appropriate vehicle insurance – where applicable
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
- First Aid & CPR certificate – if required for the role
- Relevant qualifications or experience evidence, where applicable
Additional compliance requirements may apply depending on the participant’s support needs and the nature of the services provided.
