Experienced Sushi Maker – Part-Time / Full-Time

We are a busy sushi takeaway located in Bankstown. We specialise in freshly made sushi and Japanese takeaway food, with a strong focus on freshness, quality and efficient service. We are a friendly and hardworking team offering a stable working environment and consistent hours.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Sushi Maker to join our team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of sushi-making experience
- Able to work independently and confidently prepare a wide range of sushi
- Experience with deep frying
- Fast, efficient and hardworking
- Valuable English communication skills
- Part-time: minimum 3 days per week, or full-time available
- Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Must be available to work during the Christmas & New Year period with no extended holiday plans

Working Hours:

8:00am–3:00/3:30pm or 8:00am–6:30pm
