We need an active self-starter to assist with out 30 acre property in Torryburn 2421.

There is a large house, pool and surrounding landscape to be kept in order.

Duties will include (depending on skills):

- keeping the house surrounds clean and tidy, including cleaning external balconies, blowing leaves, window cleaning, pool cleaning (if able) and generally preparing the exterior of the house as required for our visits from Sydney

- ideally the candidate will be able to operate farm equipment including tractor, zero-turn mower etc for occasional work on the paddocks

- fence repairs

- odd painting jobs

- seasonal application of herbicides, fertilizer etc to yard and paddocks

- arranging trades as required and providing access

- preference given to candidates with a trade

Must have vehicle and drivers license. Must live locally to be available at short notice

Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
