Sous Chef – Bowden Brewing (Living The Dream Operations Pty Ltd)
Bowden Brewing is looking for a Sous Chef to help run a busy brewery kitchen across both Lucky's Pizza and Masa Mexican
What you'll do
- Run the pass and lead service alongside the Head Chef
- Own pizza production: dough, prep and oven management, with consistent quality at volume
- Lead and train kitchen staff
- Assist with ordering, stock control and food costings
- Keep the kitchen compliant with food safety standards
- Work across both Lucky's Pizza and Masa kitchens as required.
- Prep and execute function food as per run sheets
What you'll bring
- Proven pizza experience in a high-volume setting (essential)
- Experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous or robust CDP)
- Calm leadership under pressure
- Availability across nights and weekends
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willingness to get one
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
