We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Lebanese Pizza Maker / Baker to join our team at Kaak Lebanese Bakery.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Lebanese pizza, manoush, kaak and dough products
- Prepare and portion dough, toppings and fillings
- Operate and monitor the bakery/oven
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation and portion sizes
- Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organised
- Work efficiently in a busy bakery workplace
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
About you:
- Experience making Lebanese pizza/manoush and working with Lebanese-style dough
- Good understanding of ovens, dough preparation and baking
- Fast, reliable and able to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Available for early morning shifts
- Food handling experience is preferred
