This isn’t a commercial gym. There are no memberships, no crowds and no queues for equipment — just a quiet, professional clinic where your clients get your full attention.

Seniors Fitness is an exercise physiology clinic two minutes from Bondi Junction station. Outside our clinic hours, we open the space to a select few independent practitioners and trainers.

We deliberately keep numbers small, so the space stays calm, uncrowded and skilled for everyone using it.

Available hours:

- weekdays 4–8pm ·
- Saturdays 7am–2pm

How it works: you lock in a full week (Monday to Friday, 4–8pm) or Saturdays for the length of your term. The space is yours for that whole block — we don’t offer casual or pick-your-days bookings, which is what keeps it exclusive and uncrowded.

Who we’re looking for Experienced, qualified personal trainers, massage therapists, and yoga and Pilates instructors who take pride in their work and want a premium base for their clients — particularly if you’re currently training in parks, travelling to clients’ homes, or working out of a busy commercial gym.

Good to know

- - Maximum of 2 clients at a time per practitioner/trainer on the gym floor

- - Hire is by the full week or by Saturday, locked in for a fixed term under a written space licence agreement — not individual days

- - You bring your own insurance, qualifications and client bookings

- - Security deposit may apply; $120 refundable fob deposit
