About the OpportunityWe are partnering with our client, a global Tier 1 multidisciplinary engineering consultancy known for delivering complex infrastructure and built environment projects across Australia and internationally. Their Queensland team is continuing to grow, supported by a strong pipeline across Defence, airports, healthcare, utilities, civil infrastructure and land development.About the RoleYou will lead civil design delivery and support project outcomes across multiple sectors and clients.- Deliver civil engineering design for infrastructure and land development projects- Own technical outputs, quality and compliance to relevant standards- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, water, transport,



environmental)- Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers- Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor- Support scoping and fee proposals where requiredSkills and ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you will ideally have:- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering- Senior-level consulting experience delivering civil design- Strong design capability (Civil 3D and/or 12d ideal)- Experience managing scope, budget and program on projects- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first approachWhat’s on Offer- Diverse, long-term pipeline across multiple sectors- Transparent progression pathway toward Principal and leadership- Hybrid working model (typically 3 days office, 2 days home)- Work alongside strong technical peers in a multidisciplinary team- Meaningful projects with real community and national impactOnly applicants with work rights in Australia will be eligible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
