You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping drive sales growth while supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Nn nKey Responsibilities Nnn Provide exceptional customer service at the trade counter, over the phone, and via email. N Process customer orders, quotations, and enquiries accurately. N Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales.
N Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement. N Assist with inventory management, stocktakes, and maintaining warehouse standards. N Support the team in achieving branch sales and customer service objectives. N nAbout You Nnn Previous experience in a customer service, trade sales, or warehouse environment. N Forklift licence and warehouse experience highly regarded. N HVAC or trade industry experience is needed. N Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into sales. N Excellent communicationand relationship-building skills.
