Job DescriptionABOUT THE POSITION. Nn nn As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will manage projects on behalf of clients, overseeing the process from initial planning and design through to procurement, construction and completion. Nnn You will workclosely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, programmes and quality expectations. Nnn This role will suit someone with solid client-side experience who is confident managing stakeholders, coordinating project teams and navigating the challenges that come with project delivery. NnDUTIES. Nnn Manage client-side projects from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover. N Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders. N Manage project risks, variations, reporting and contractual requirements. N Represent the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle. N Maintain solid relationships with clients and project stakeholders. N Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance. Nn Minimum 6 years' experience in client-side project management. N Proven experience managing projects on behalf of clients across the project lifecycle. N Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. N Experience coordinatingconsultants, contractors, budgets and programmes. N A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities. N Relevant qualificationsin Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
