Job Description N We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead to own an IRM workstream from requirements to release. You stay hands-on in ServiceNow configuration and development while leading client workshops, shaping solution design, and guiding the delivery team.Responsibilities N n Lead the design,configuration and development of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) including policy and compliance and risk management N Facilitate requirement workshops with client stakeholders and translate risk needs into technical backlog and solution design N Own end-to-end deliveryacross workflows, data model, scripting and integrations N Define integration approach and ensure alignment with broader platform and stabilisation priorities N Provide technical leadership through standards, estimates,



reviews and mentoring for the delivery team N Contribute to current-state assessment and recommendations for an applications portfolio N Partner with delivery and client teams to plan releases, manage dependencies and reduce delivery risk N Requirementsn n ServiceNow IRM (GRC) delivery with hands-on configuration and development ownership N ServiceNow platform capability across flows and workflows, data model, scripting and integrations N Requirement leadership with demonstrated ability to run stakeholder discussions independently N Solution design experience translating business risk needs into scalable platform patterns N Technical leadership with a track record of guiding team delivery quality and consistency N Nice to haven n Experience in financial services, credit bureau or regulated data environments N ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) N n
