N n The Role: N The Seasonal Store Associates is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador. N n Key Responsibilities: N
- Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner. N
- Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness. N
- Providing exceptional service at shop floor,fitting rooms and checkouts. N
- Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas. N
- Replenishment of stockand display changes on the shop floor. N n Essential Skills and Experience: N
- Previous experience inretail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred. N
- Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers. N
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills. N
- Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly. N
- The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. N n Working Hours: N This role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late,
