N n We are looking for aproactive, organised and customer-focused Sales Operations Officer to join our WA team in Wangara. N n This is a fast-pacedand hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in driving the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders, coordinating activities across Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service teams and suppliers to ensure customer commitments are met. N n About the Role N Reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader, you’ll coordinate customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, delivery and invoicing while ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information throughout the process. N n Your responsibilities will include: N n Processing customer sales, service and project orders accurately using JDE. N Coordinating customer orders from entry through to fulfilment, dispatch and invoicing.



N Liaising with customersregarding order status, lead times, product availability and delivery requirements. N Monitoring stock levelsand coordinating supply requirements to support customer commitments. N Raising and managing purchase orders with local, interstate and international suppliers. N Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service and Production teams to ensure customer expectations are met. N Preparing work orders, pick slips, delivery documentation and invoices. N Identifying and resolving potential supply, production or delivery issues before they impact customers. N Maintaining accurate ERP records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. N Assisting with customerenquiries, quotations and general sales support activities. N n About You N You are a highly organised and proactive qualified who thrives in a busy operational setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and accurate administration. N Ideally, you will have: N n Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Order Management or a similar role. N Experience within manufacturing, mining, industrial, engineering or supply chain environments. N Strong communication and relationship-building skills.



N Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. N High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. N Experience using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Pronto, Oracle or similar. N Strong Microsoft Officeskills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams. N A customer-focused, solutions-driven mindset. N The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
