N The Harvey Norman Osborne Park Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Retail Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. N The business is continuing to grow and has reached a stage where domestic retail operations and commercial project management requires dedicated leadership. Thus, a second Manager is required. Having two Retail Managers also provides management continuity during periods of leave, illness, training and peak trading seasons. N As a Retail Manager, youhave an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers. N To be successfulyou must: N · Have a passion for retail N · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills N · Enjoy working in a team environment N What we require: N · Experience in (or abilityto work in) a customer focused, successful retail business N · A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets,
