Mikrut Sp. z o.o. , a Polish metalworking and manufacturing company, is looking for independent sales agents, intermediaries and commercial representatives to help us acquire recent customers in any European market.

We manufacture metal parts and assemblies to customers’ drawings and specifications, supporting businesses looking for a reliable production partner.

Our manufacturing capabilities include:

- Laser cutting of sheet metal, tubes and profiles — including a 12 kW Bodor laser and sheet cutting up to 30 mm, depending on the material.

- Welding, including MIG/MAG and robotic welding.

- Turning and machining of metal components.

- Forging, casting, stamping and deep drawing.

- Production of parts such as augers, sprockets, hinges, post anchors, brass components and welded assemblies.

How we would work together

You identify potential customers and send us their enquiries, technical drawings and requirements. Our team reviews the documentation, assesses production feasibility and prepares a quotation. You help develop the customer relationship and secure the order, while we handle manufacturing.

Our preferred starting arrangement is commission-based cooperation ,



with commission earned on orders secured through your activities. Commission rates and detailed terms would be agreed individually.

An opportunity for a long-term partnership

If the cooperation proves successful and you demonstrate an ability to generate orders, we would be open to a long-term agreement with a monthly retainer for ongoing sales and business development.

This broader role could include:

- Identifying and acquiring new customers with recurring purchasing needs.

- Making prospecting calls and conducting email outreach.

- Developing and maintaining customer relationships.

- Representing Mikrut at trade fairs and industry events.

Who we are looking for

We welcome both individual agents and sales agencies. Experience in industrial sales, metalworking or manufacturing subcontracting would be particularly valuable, as would an established network of potential buyers and knowledge of your local market.
