This represents a rare opportunity at the level of Practice Manager with an outstanding accounting firm based in Brisbane. The firm has been in operation for 50+ years with a well known brand name. This firm is growing rapidly due to their excellent reputation in the market. The firm has invested heavily in their culture and tech stack.
POSITION
Due to growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide extensive leadership to the accounting and admin teams
- Process improvement and operational efficiency
- Debtor management, invoicing and financial reporting
- Managing business metrics and KPI's to ensure profitability
- Manage the firm's Finance, IT and marketing divisions
- Special projects as directed by the executive team
- Uphold the firm's culture
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 10+ years experience in a similar role within a Big 4, Mid Tier or Large Accounting firm (50+ staff)
- Proven leadership and business improvement experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
