Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Financial Operations team on a casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying Accounting, Finance, or Commerce , a recent graduate, or an individual looking to develop their career within a corporate finance workplace.

Working alongside an experienced Finance team, you'll gain valuable exposure to accounts payable operations, stakeholder management, business improvement initiatives, and corporate finance processes while receiving full training and support.

What You'll Be Doing

- Processing supplier invoices and supporting Accounts Payable activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Assisting with payment processing and financial operations tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Supporting finance systems and process improvement initiatives
- Contributing to finance projects and transformation activities

You will be someone who:

- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoys working with numbers and problem-solving
- Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities




- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn
- Is looking to build skills and experience within a Finance function
