The Opportunity
We currently have two opportunities available for experienced Practice Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team.
Position 1: Part-Time Permanent Practice Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in performing a broad range of clinical nursing duties.
A key focus of this role will be supporting patients through the coordination and management of GP Management Plans and Care Plans, helping patients achieve their healthcare goals through a structured and proactive approach.
Position 2: Casual Practice Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a flexible and reliable Casual Registered Nurse to provide coverage during staff annual leave and unexpected absences.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Practice Nurse with a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently perform a range of clinical duties within a busy general practice environment.
About You
To be successful in either role, you will demonstrate:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in General Practice Nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated, and patient-focused approach
- Flexibility, honesty, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Location
Both positions are based in Whittlesea, with opportunities to provide occasional coverage at our Mill Park location.
