We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an $8M aged care new-build project in the Dubbo region.

The project involves the construction of a new aged care facility, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in civil works and out-of-ground construction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to take ownership of a regional project, with accommodation available near the site for the successful candidate.

The Role

- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of an $8M aged care new-build project.
- Manage site operations from early civil works and out-of-ground construction through to project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources to ensure the project runs to programme.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance throughout the build.
- Work closely with the project team, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.




- Navigate relevant aged care construction requirements and applicable regulations.

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
- Robust experience across civil works, groundworks and out-of-ground construction.
- Previous experience delivering design-and-build projects is highly desirable, particularly within regulated construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of site safety, quality assurance, programming and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a project independently and drive programme outcomes.
