Multi-Residential | Melbourne | Tier 2/3 Builder
Take ownership of the building envelope on a landmark residential project.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established construction business delivering quality multi-residential projects across Melbourne.
This role will suit a technically strong Supervisor who understands the complexities of façade and external works on apartment towers, from coordinating multiple trades and managing sequencing through to maintaining quality and driving programme outcomes.
Working on a significant apartment development in the North-East, you will take ownership of the external works package, ensuring the building envelope is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

- Oversee façade and external works across a multi-residential apartment development.
- Coordinate subcontractors across cladding, windows and glazing, waterproofing, brickwork and other external finishes.
- Manage trade sequencing, site access, logistics and interfaces between multiple packages.
- Monitor quality, identify potential issues early and ensure works meet project specifications.
- Drive programme milestones while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage defects and ensure works are completed to the required standard.
- Work closely with the wider site team,



subcontractors and project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction challenges.

About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor on multi-residential or high-rise apartment projects.
- Robust hands-on experience managing façade and external-envelope packages.
- A solid understanding of cladding systems, windows and glazing, waterproofing, external finishes and trade interfaces.
- Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing complex sequencing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to quality, safety and programme management.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and identify potential coordination issues before they impact delivery.
