Fetch Mining Services is currently seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators for long-term opportunities on established projects across WA. These roles are suited to operators with experience producing concrete and fibrecrete using mobile batch plants, with a robust focus on safety, quality control and accurate batch records.

You will be responsible for operating the batch plant, front-end loader and telehandler, ensuring all loads are batched to approved mix designs and coordinating production with site requirements.

Experience / Site Requirements:

- Previous experience operating a concrete batch plant
- Current Police Clearance
- Experience batching concrete and fibrecrete to approved mix designs
- Understanding of mix designs, batch weights, water-cement ratios and slump
- Experience operating a front-end loader and telehandler
- Current Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
- Current White Card
- Relevant front-end loader and telehandler tickets desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to complete routine plant checks and maintenance
- Accurate record keeping, including batch tickets and plant records
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work a 2/2 roster at regional or remote project locations
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must be able to complete all required site inductions
- Full Australian working rights – no sponsorship available
