Your new role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Scheduling & Control Team Leader to manage a team of schedulers supporting a diverse range of infrastructure and technology projects. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership, maintain scheduling standards and remain hands-on with project schedules to support reliable delivery outcomes.

- Lead, coach and manage a team of up to 10 project schedulers.
- Develop, maintain and review project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Oversee scheduling quality, baselines, milestones and progress reporting.
- Identify project delays, critical-path risks and opportunities for recovery.
- Work closely with project managers to improve scheduling consistency and delivery performance.

What you'll need to succeed




Solid hands-on Microsoft Project experience.Proven direct line management and team leadership experience.Background in project scheduling across infrastructure, engineering or technical environments.Sound understanding of critical paths, baseline management and schedule reporting.Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.Primavera P6 experience advantageous.What you'll get in return
