OpenAI is seeking an AI Architect to serve as the senior technical owner for a portfolio of customers, guiding their AI strategy from pre-sales discovery through deployment and measurable business impact.

You will own the technical account plan for ChatGPT Enterprise, the OpenAI API, Codex, and other agentic AI solutions, coordinating with Account Directors to drive durable customer value and growth. Hybrid role based in Sydney, with relocation support.
