The Wharf Restaurant & Bar and Folio at Roslyn Packer Theatre are seeking experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join the team.

With stunning waterfront views, contemporary Australian dining, crafted cocktails, refined small plates and warm, attentive service, our venues offer unique hospitality experiences in the heart of Sydney’s arts and cultural scene.

From pre-theatre dining and busy restaurant service to private functions, catered events and opening nights, no two days are the same. It’s a vibrant and ever-changing environment, ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, love working with people and have an interest in Sydney’s thriving arts and theatre community.

We’re looking for Section Waiters who:

- Have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within quality restaurants or premium venues

- Confidently manage their own section and deliver polished, attentive service

- Create genuine, memorable guest experiences

- Communicate confidently and naturally with guests

- Bring strong food, beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge





- Thrive in quick-paced, team-driven environments

- Bring energy, detail and personality to the floor every shift

Ideal candidates will:

- Be well-presented, professional and detail-focused

- Stay calm, organised and efficient under pressure

- Be available evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Be available for primarily evening shifts, approximately 5:00 pm–11:00 pm

- Have approximately 15–20 hours’ availability per week

- Enjoy working across restaurant service, group dining and special events

- Have an interest in the performing arts, theatre and Sydney’s creative community

- Hold a valid NSW RSA
