We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic part-time 2 days per week, Education & Quality Officer.

Skills & Experience
- Working alongside our Education & Quality Manager, to prepare and deliver various education/training/in-services/orientation sessions to staff, stakeholders and residents.
- Annual competency training.
- Develop education calendar based on trend analysis, consumer feedback and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor new requirements within the industry and update education content as required.
- Promote learning opportunities for staff to develop new skills, knowledge transfer, development plans and cross-skilling.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying education gaps, analysing trends, and supporting the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- To undertake regular training, workshops and seminars.
- Continual self-education to ensure our systems and training are innovative and engaging.
- Undertaking regular assurance reviews/audits.
- Must have clinical experience, hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (at a minimum) and relevant experience in a similar role.
