What You’ll Be Doing

As motivator in chief, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to motivate and guide a passionate crew.
- Be Hands‑On: From grill to floor, you’re part of the action, ensuring smooth shifts and happy customers.

Eligible Requirements and Responsibilities

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

Experience includes: leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment; exceptional communication skills; passion for inspiring, leading, and developing your team.

- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Past success in achieving and driving KPI’s.
- 1+ years of experience within fast food industry or Guzman y Gomez restaurant highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory position, preferably in a fast food industry.
