The University of Sydney is seeking a Business System Analyst to lead continuous improvement projects and provide HRIS system support across the University, ensuring usability, data integrity, accuracy and compliance.

The role will define system requirements, coordinate testing and roll out patches, and work with vendors, analysts and HR teams. Experience with Workday or Ascender Pay systems is highly desirable.
