Strive to Thrive Support Pty Ltd – Mount Isa QLD is seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Mount Isa. This is a full time position role with a minimum of 15 hours per week, with additional hours depending on participant needs and availability.

You will provide community access support, daily living assistance, transport to appointments and activities, and help with household tasks.
